For developers and brands, we usually get involved at the beginning of the marketing campaign for the project. For architectural competitions, the ideal stage is once the architectural concept is established or when the project is reaching its final design stages.
Project timelines depend on the scope, project goals and available input materials, and are always discussed with the client at the beginning of the project. From our experience, the full production process typically takes around 2–3 working weeks, while for competition projects we usually prepare the first sketch concepts within one week.
Nowadays, AI has become one of the essential tools in the visual production process. At the same time, all AI processing is done locally on our own systems rather than through public online platforms. This helps us ensure full security and confidentiality for all client data and project materials.
We keep our pricing flexible and always prepare fee proposals based on the client’s request, scope and available input materials. We usually work with two types of collaboration: pricing based on production time or pricing based on the overall project scope. We always choose the most suitable approach depending on the project and the client’s needs.
